About The Role

The Meeting-to-Action Translator plays a critical role in ensuring organizational clarity, alignment, and execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Design, and Leadership to translate discussions, planning sessions, strategic reviews, and project updates into clear, concise, and actionable steps.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has exceptional communication and synthesis skills, and can distill complex topics into structured plans. You’ll help teams move faster, stay accountable, and maintain operational momentum across the entire organization.

What You'll Do

  • Attend key cross-functional meetings to capture decisions, blockers, next steps, and timelines.

  • Produce clear action summaries immediately after meetings, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities and expectations.

  • Identify misalignments or unclear ownership and work with team leads to resolve them quickly.

  • Establish and maintain consistent documentation standards across teams.

  • Track follow-up items and ensure action owners are aware of deadlines and context.

  • Support the creation of quarterly planning materials, decision logs, and roadmap updates.

  • Partner with Operations to refine workflows that improve team communication and execution.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, product operations, program management, project management, or a similar coordination role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for clarity and structure.

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex discussions into concise deliverables.

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or cross-functional environments.

  • High ownership mentality and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while helping others create clarity from it.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with engineering or product development teams.

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Linear, or similar workflow systems.

  • Background in operations, change management, or process optimization.

  • An interest in interior design, real estate technology, or commerce platforms.

  • Prior experience scaling internal communication frameworks or documentation systems.
