About The Role
Build a high-performance marketing org: brand, paid acquisition, lifecycle and enterprise GTM. Establish measurement frameworks, own LTV modeling, and partner with product on marketing-driven features.

Hire and manage marketing team & agencies
Partner with product and sales on GTM
Own brand voice and positioning.
What You Need
8+ yrs marketing leadership in consumer e-commerce/marketplace
Strong analytics and experimentation
Proven experience building brand & growth teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in furniture, home goods or retail verticals.
