Onboard and manage property partners, run pilots, and drive adoption and expansion.
About The Role
Own partner success: pilot design, onboarding, adoption tracking, expansion playbooks and revenue retention. Coordinate cross-functional delivery.
What You'll Do
• Onboard partners
• manage pilots to scale
• Monitor adoption and launch success metrics
• Coordinate ops/product to resolve issues
• Run renewals and upsell programs
• Build playbooks for partner success
• Report partner economics & ROI.
What You Need
• 3+ yrs customer success/account management
• Experience with pilots and partner onboarding
• Strong client communication and program management.
Nice to Have
Experience running pilots with property management firms.
